This mid August you might want to check out the Brews Jazz and Funk Fest in Squaw Valley CA. Squaw Valley located in beautiful Lake Tahoe is one of the most remarkable settings for this brew fest.

Entrance fees are only $10 which gets you a commemorative mug and 2 beers of your choice, you can purchase additional beer tickets in the festival.

This festival includes great music on both days with the entertainment starting at 2pm and lasting until 8pm on both evenings. Some of the terrific breweries attending are: Lagunitas, Deschutes, Marin Brewing, Lake Tahoe Brewing, Shipyard, Black Diamond Wyder and more.

Festival proceeds will benefit the Truckee Tahoe Humane Society.

You can bring your pets but they must be maintained on a leash.
